Areas we need to improve on:
1. Make sure there is always someone to do the
recap, was glad someone from the other team helped.
2. Set up email updated for parents & youth.
Include calendar of events, deadlines, etc
3. Need more classroom training, more training
for coaches, meetings with parents to get them involved
4. Attitude of bowlers. We heard a lot of misused lang and bowlers getting mad when teammates didn’t do
well. To many absences
5. Boys dress (pants to low), more assistance
from Coaches
6. Nothing!
Keep up the good work! Thank you
for everything!
7. Equitable enforcement of league rules,
coaches need to monitor better (balls coming out of gutters, pin fall after
sweep is down), cell phone use during league play
8. Coaches still are coaching their own child,
still happening from last year and this year
9. More one on one from coaches with the first
year kids
10. Allow kids to miss 3 or 4 times without
penalizing.
11. More coaches for older players would be
helpful.
12. Keeping
track of absentee bowlers & combining squads that only end up with 1 or 2
bowlers, better
communication between everyone involved in running program
13. Children
staying on their lanes at all times.
Kids wonder to far from their team

mess with great!

we make it a little warmer in the building
18. Getting
teams to come up with team names, Raffles for children to be able to win prizes
19. Still
don’t understand why some coaches are still coaching only their own child. Parents can’t coach their own child, why can
coaches?
20. Have
boys pull up their pants. I hate seeing
underwear when they bend over to get the ball
21. None
that I can think of, just don’t let Mr. Boyd or Chris leave
22. Personality
23. We
are very pleased since myself nor my husband know
anything about bowling, but because of Boyd, we are experts
24. Calendar of Events needed for each ½ of year,
monthly email of events, 1-2 coaches need better
training
25. We
could use more coaches or ones that won’t only help their own child
26.
Coaches need to help all other bowlers and not their own child
